    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner set which provides an image on which the occurrence of a roll mark is satisfactorily suppressed, and also to provide an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The toner set is used in an image forming method including superimposing a plurality of toners on a recording medium surface to form a toner image comprising a plurality of layers, and fixing the toner image to form an image, wherein among the plurality of toners, a toner to be superimposed as the uppermost layer toner image on the recording medium surface contains a metal oxide, and a crystalline resin content of the toner to be superimposed as the uppermost layer toner image on the recording medium surface is lower than a crystalline resin content of the other toners. Preferably, the toner to be superimposed as the uppermost layer toner image on the recording medium surface has a crystalline resin content of 0-8 mass%, and the other toners have a crystalline resin content of 10-20 mass%.
