摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make required magnification low and to make a camera small in size and low in cost by providing a finder zoom optical system having zoom magnification capable of displaying a picture having the different angle of view from a photographic image obtained by a photographing zoom lens. SOLUTION: A finder 30 is constituted of the zoom optical system 31 and a conversion lens block 32. A window part 42 through which light passes is formed in the lens block 32, and a teleconversion lens 43 enlarging a finder image formed by the optical system 31, for example, to be double (q=2) is fixed in the lens block 32. By setting a lens whose zoom magnification (n) is 2 as a photographing lens 10, the optical system 31 of the finder 30 is formed as the one whose zoom magnification (p) is 3 larger than (n). The pseudo zoom magnification in a printing state is secured to 3 (m=3) to the maximum.

SOLUTION: By driving a single zoom motor 55 in response to variable power operation from a variable power operation part 45, the driving is inputted in a finder optical system variable power mechanism 53 and a photographing optical system variable power mechanism 51 so as to perform variable power by linking a finder optical system 10 and a photographing optical system 34. The mechanism 53 makes the optical system 10 perform the variable power so as to obtain a field range matched with an image plane range corresponding to pseudo zoom magnification. The mechanism 51 is set so that the zoom magnification of the longest focal distance of the optical system 34 may be smaller than the zoom magnification in the case of the longest focal distance of the optical system 10 and makes the optical system 34 perform the variable power so that the zoom magnification may be gradually increased from the shortest focal distance to the longest focal distance.
