摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make discharging sound of an on-vehicle oxygen enricher hardly audible to an occupant. SOLUTION: At the time of starting and stopping a vacuum pump 1, an electronic control device 11 controls a three-way valve 5 to connect a discharge port 2 of the vacuum pump 1 and a noise countermeasure discharge port 7. At the time of a normal operation of the vacuum pump 1 except the starting time and the stopping time, the three-way valve 5 is controlled so that the discharge port 2 and a cabin outlet 6 may be connected. As a result, the discharge port 2 of the vacuum pump 1 and the noise countermeasure discharge port 7 are connected at the starting time and stopping time to interrupt the discharge port 2 of the vacuum pump 1 and the cabin outlet 6, even if discharging sound is generated at the time of starting and stopping the vacuum pump 1.
