摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical strength and flexibility of a high polymer solid electrolyte by dissolving an electrolytic salt in a glycidyl compound comprising oligoxyethylene group at side chain, ethyleneoxide, polyether copolymer of specific oxi-silane compound or its crosslinked substance. SOLUTION: An electrical double layer capacitor comprises collector electrodes 1 and 5, electrode layers 2 and 4, and separator layer 3. A high pllymer solid electrolyte applied to the electrical double capacitor is provided by dissolving an electrolytic salt in a glycidyl compound comprising an oligoxyethylene group at side chain, ethyleneoxide, in short an oxi-silane compound comprising an unsaturated part shown with a formula I or II which can be bridged, oxi-silane compound comprising reactive silicon group, or polyther copolymer comprising oxi-silane compound having epoxy group or that having halogen atom or its crosslinked substance. (In formula, R4 and R5 are reactive functional group selected among ethylenic unsaturated group, reactive silicon-contained group, epoxy-contained group, and halogen atom- contained group).
