A shaft member 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 31a. Then, since a component of a force of an axial force of the shaft member 40 is made to act on a pressing face 36a of the guide member 36, the insertion hole 31a is formed so as to obliquely extend toward the pressing face 36a of the guide member 36 from the work placing face 31b.
