    • PURPOSE:To allow the selective permeation of the gaseous CO2 and steam contained in the air supplied on a primary side to a secondary side by sealing a soln. having high solubility and diffusibility to the gaseous CO2 and the steam between two sheets of thin films having excellent gas permeability and providing a pressure difference between the primary side and the secondary side of the thin films. CONSTITUTION:The soln. having the excellent solubility and diffusibility to the gaseous CO2 and the steam is sealed between 5 the thin films having the characteristics to allow the high permeation of gases but do not allow the permeation of liquid. The circulating air 3 in the hermetic space is introduced to a supply gas cell 6 segmented by the liquid film 5 of the film module 4. The secondary side of the liquid film 5 is in contact with a permeated gas cell 7 and this cell is maintained under a reduced pressure by a vacuum pump 8. The gaseous CO2 and steam contained in the circulating air 3 introduced into the cell 6 permeate to the cell 7 side while the gas and steam are selectively dissolved and diffused in the liquid film 5 by the pressure difference between both sides of the liquid film 5 as a driving power; thereafter, the gas and steam is taken out as a permeated gas 9 via a vacuum pump 8.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a directly reusable solvent acetic acid ester with a low acetic acid content, by separating the recovered solvent, collected by the active carbon adsorption method and containing the acetic acid ester into the aqueous phase and solvent phase, bringing the solvent phase into contact with potassium carbonate to deacidify the solvent and dehydrating and purifying the resultant deacidified solvent. CONSTITUTION:A raw gas containing an acetic acid ester as a solvent is passed through a pretreating apparatus 101, e.g. filter, and fed to an adsorption tank 103 to adsorb the acetic acid ester in active carbon 103-1. The adsorbed acetic acid ester is then desorbed with steam (E), condensed and liquefied in a condenser 104. The liquefied acetic acid ester and water are separated in a separator 105, and the aqueous phase is fed to a dehydration column 106 to recover the solvent contained in the aqueous phase. The recovered solvent is then returned to the separator 105, and the solvent phase is fed to a catalytic deacidifying column 111 and brought into contact with an aqueous solution of potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate to neutralize and convert acetic acid into K salt or Na salt. The resultant solvent is then dehydrated in a dehydration column 108 and purified in a purification column 114 to recover the aimed purified acetic acid ester with

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the amt. of regenerating gas as little as possible in the dehumidification of radioactive gas by providing heat conducting fins connected with each other within an adsorbent layer in the inside of an adsorption tower and providing a heating device to the outside of the tower.
CONSTITUTION: Heat conducting fins 6 are provided to the inside of a fixed bed type dehumidifying tower 10 packed with an adsorbent 4; a heating device 9 such as electric heater, etc. is provided to the external wall of the dehumidifying tower 10. A double tube part 8 is provided to the external wall of the dehumidifying tower 10 to form a passage of cooling gas 7. In this treating system for radioactive gas, regenerating gas 5 is introduced from the bottom of a dehumidifying tower 10B which has adsorbed the moisture in the radioactive gas, and the adsorbent 4 is heated by heat conduction with the heating device 9 and the heat conducting fins 6 and regenerated in a short time. After the regeneration is finished, the heating of the heating device 9 is ceased, and the cooling gas 7 is passed through the double tube part 8, thus heat conduction of the heat conducting fins 6 and a cooling stage are finished quickly. The regenerating gas 5 contg. moisture discharged from the dehumidifying tower 10B is mixed with wet gas 1 and fed to a dehumidifying tower 10A through a cooler 14.
