    • PURPOSE:To prevent injury caused melting of a trap which collects particulates in exhaust gas by opening a trap bypass passage when the temperature of exhaust gas at the inlet of the trap exceeds a set value at a specified rate or more during a specified period and when the concentration of oxygen in exhaust gas is increased. CONSTITUTION:A trap which collects particulates within exhaust gas is provided in the exhaust pipe 3 of a Diesel engine 11 and a particulate burning heater 5 is mounted at the upstream side of the trap. Based on a negative pressure signal Sv, a suction throttle valve opening signal Sd, a water temperature signal St, a load signal Sl, a revolution speed signal Sn and so on, a controller 25, at the regenerating time of the trap, electrifies and heats the heater 5 and opens an opening and closing valve 15 which is disposed in a trap bypass passage 13. In addition, based on an inflow gas temperature signal Se sent from an exhaust temperature sensor 51 and a signal Sa informing any increase of 02 concentration, the controller 25 opens, regardless of the regeneration required, the opening and closing valve 15 when the temperature of the inflow gas exceeds a set value at a specified rate or more during a specified period and when the concentration of 02 within exhaust gas is increased.
    • 目的:为了防止在特定时间段内当陷阱入口处的废气温度超过规定值或更高的设定值时,通过打开捕集器旁路通道来收集废气中的微粒而产生的伤害, 废气中的氧浓度增加。 构成:在柴油发动机11的排气管3中设置有收集废气中的微粒的捕集器,在捕集器的上游侧安装有微粒燃烧加热器5。 基于负压信号Sv,抽吸节流阀开启信号Sd,水温信号St,负载信号S1,转速信号Sn等,控制器25在捕集器的再生时间通电和 加热加热器5并打开设置在捕集器旁通通道13中的开闭阀15.另外,基于从排气温度传感器51发送的流入气体温度信号Se和通知任何氧浓度增加的信号Sa 当规定的时间内,当流入气体的温度超过规定的速度以上且在废气中的浓度增加时,控制器25打开,而不管所需要的再生时的开闭阀15 。
