    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink from leaking up to the outside even when the ink leaks from a side face of an impregnated matter by providing an ink impregnated matter, a stencil base paper for covering the surface of the impregnated matter, a support member having a recess for fixing the impregnated matter, and a groove formed on the support member on the outer periphery of the recess. SOLUTION: When sealing is applied on a recording paper with a stamp, an ink impregnated into an impregnated matter 2 is transferred to the recording paper through a stencil base paper 3. At this time, as the impregnated matter 2 is compressed, the ink oozes from a side face 22 of the impregnated matter 2. The oozed ink remains in a gap 6 and does not go out further being interrupted by a connected part of a frame member 4 and the base paper 3. When the impregnated matter 2 is largely compressed by a strong pressing force, the base paper 3 abuts against a fixed face 50 and the ink oozed from the side face 22 of the impregnated matter 2 is led to the outside along the abutment of the base paper 3 and the fixed face 50. However, as the base paper 3 does not abut against the fixed face 50 at a groove 7, the ink is not led to the outside of the groove 7.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a stamping device capable of economizing heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper by providing the rewinding means of heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper. CONSTITUTION:When plate making is conducted anew, heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper is rewound only by a fixed quantity from a take-up roll 5 to an original take-up roll 3 by a rewinding means. A thermoplastic film 2 is heated and melted by a thermal head 7 while heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper 1 is carried from the original take-up roll 3 to the take-up roll 5 by a carrying means, thus forming a bored image. Heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper 1, to which plate making is conducted, is further carried up to the under-side of an ink pad 17, and heat-sensitive mimeographic base paper 1 is supplied with ink from the ink pad 17 by pushing the base paper under the state, and ink is oozed from the bored sections of the surface of the thermoplastic film and transferred onto printing paper.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain thermal stencil paper generating no ink contamination or printing irregularity by laminating a thermal film formed by bonding a thermoplastic film and the first porous support, the second porous support impregnated with ink and an ink imprevious base material. CONSTITUTION:Thermal stencil paper 1 is constituted of a thermal film 8 consisting of a thermoplastic film 3, the first adhesive layer 5 and the first porous support 7, the second porous support 9 impregnated with ink, the second adhesive layer 11 and an ink impervious base material 13. The thermal stencil paper 1 is used as a simple stamp 16 and placed on a thermal stencil paper placing part 21d so as to be opposed to an elastomer 19 on the side of its base material 13. The simple stamp 16 is pressed to printing paper. The ink infiltrated in the second porous support 9 is passed through the first porous support 7 by pressing force and transferred to the printing paper from the perforated parts of the thermoplastic film 3 to be printed on the printing paper. Printing can be carried out until the ink of the porous support is exhausted and an ink layer having uniform thickness is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To change the curvature of the cut shape of a tape by equipping the title device with an arm member, of which one end link member is journaled so as to be rockable relative to the arm member body and the other end link member has a cutting edge, and with a rocking regulation member, which can regulate rocking of desired one rockshaft or more. CONSTITUTION:First, it is required to select whether the radius of curvature of the terminal of a tape 15 is R1 or R2. When the radius of curvature of the terminal is R1, a lock lever 23 is slided in the direction of the arrow YB so that a hook 37 is fitted into a second engagement hole 32. In this state, the tape 15 is inserted into a tape guide part. Then, a tape holder 60 is pressed in a state where the terminal of the tape 15 comes in contact with a tape stopper 87 so that a felt plate 69 and a tape guideway 83 hold the tape 15 to maintain it in a predetermined position. Subsequently, a cutter holder 25 is pressed in the direction of a housing 5 while being rocked in the direction of the arrow YC. Thus, the terminal of the tape 15 is cut by a cutting edge 53 into a shape having the radius R1 of curvature.
