    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of an initial defect in placing concrete.SOLUTION: A biodegradable polymer water-absorbing gel having extremely high water absorbing property in the water-containing or saturated state is sprayed or applied onto a concrete surface in an extremely initial material age after placing concrete (S110) to thereby form a biodegradable polymer water-absorbing gel layer on the concrete surface (S120). Water absorbed already in the biodegradable polymer water-absorbing gel itself is dissipated precedently, to delay a progression time of moisture loss from a surface layer part of concrete in the extremely initial material age, and to thereby prevent drying from the surface layer part of the concrete in the extremely initial material age. Besides, drying from the surface layer part of the concrete in the extremely initial material age is suppressed by the biodegradable polymer water-absorbing gel layer, and excessive water from the surface layer part of the concrete is absorbed by the biodegradable polymer water-absorbing gel, to thereby densify a surface layer structure of the concrete.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small force-feed test device performing a long-distance force-feed test when a hollow filler such as air milk and air mortar is force-fed for a long distance without taking much material, time, space, and cost, and also to provide a method of evaluating the long-distance force-feed capability of the hollow filler.
      SOLUTION: This small force-feed test device comprises: a reserve tank 1 for reserving the hollow filler such as air milk and air mortar; a tube pump 2 for force-feeding the hollow filler in the reserve tank 1; and a force-feed tube 3 connected to the tube pump 2. The inner diameter of the force-feed tube 3 is 1/4 to 1/2 inches, and the length thereof is 20 to 100 m. Since the small force-feed test device provides the same hollow filler after force-feeding as in the case of the force-feeding in which a large device used at site is used, it can easily make the long-distance force-feed test when the hollow filler such as air milk and air mortar is force-fed for a long distance without taking much material, time, space, and cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a reinforced concrete building, in which much time for the execution of works is not required and which has high heat-insulation properties and high strength, can display high waterproofing performance and has an outside insulation.
      SOLUTION: A heat-insulation solid wire mesh 1 in which welded wire meshes 3 formed of flat steel are arranged on both surfaces of a tabular heat-insulating material 2 and the welded wire meshes 3 on the both surface sides, are unified with the heat-insulating material 2 by latticed wires 4 which penetrate the heat-insulating material 2 in the thickness direction is disposed so as to cover the exterior wall surface of the building; a mortar layer 10 is formed so as to bury the welded wire meshes 3 on the exterior wall surface side of the wire mesh 1; and the wire mesh 1 is used as a sheathing board on the exterior wall surface side of a skeleton section when concrete is placed to the skeleton section of the reinforced concrete building.
