    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage to a linear member projecting from a bending/ stretching boom and extendedly provided on a working table through the boom even if the boom is swung. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a boom bracket 15 pivotally connected to the front end part of an telescopic boom 9 to freely swing and pivotally connected to a leveling cylinder 27, and a parallel link mechanism 17 in the front end part of the boom bracket 15. The boom bracket 15 has a horizontally projecting connection shaft 25, while the connection shaft 25 attaches a laying and winding member 30 formed by spirally winding an elastic thin plate. A linear member 49 such as electric wire or a hose through which oil flows projecting from the front end part of the boom 9 is laid and wound once around the laying and winding member 30, is extended to the parallel link mechanism 17, and is connected to a boom operation device 47 mounted to a working table 39. The laying and winding member 30 is elastically contracted and expanded according to paying-out of the linear member 49, and is turnable around the connection shaft 25.

SOLUTION: This control device controls the supply of hydraulic oil to right and left hydraulic motors for travel driving 23, 22 by means of a supply control valve 55 so as to perform travel control and steering control of a hydraulically driven vehicle. A communicating oil line connecting right and left supply oil lines which supply the hydraulic oil from the supply control valve 55 to the right and left hydraulic motors 23, 22, respectively, and an open/close control valve 57 which performs open/close control of the communicating oil line are provided, and with the operation of operating levers 32, 31, the supply of the hydraulic oil to each of the right and left hydraulic motors 23, 22 is independently controllable. When the difference between the amounts of hydraulic oil supplied to the right and left hydraulic motors 23, 22, each amount which is set by an operation of the operating levers 32, 31, is equal to or smaller than a prescribed value, the open/close control valve 57 is controlled to so as to open, while when the difference exceeds the prescribed value, the open/close control valve 57 is controlled so as to close.

The controller 45 further comprises a limit movement range set circuit 55 setting the limit movement range of a work bench in which the work bench provided at the tip of the telescopic boom is not brought into contact with the ground on which a vehicle body is placed, a work bench position calculation circuit 53 calculating the position of the work bench, a judgment circuit 57 judging on whether or not the position of the work bench exceeds the limit movement range, and an operation control circuit 59 controlling the operation of the derricking cylinder 19 and the telescopic cylinder 17 in the direction exceeding the limit movement range of the work bench when the judgment that the position of the work bench exceeds the limit movement range is made by the judgment circuit 57.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom with a link improved in balance on the strength of a parallel link by reducing the flexibility of an upper arm. SOLUTION: An end boom member 19 capable of projecting in and out of the opening 17a of an intermediate boom member 17 having an insert hole 17b is provided. The end boom member 19 includes a base 23 movable in the insert hole 17b and a parallel link 27 rotationally movable at the end of the base 23. The parallel link 27 includes a sectionally rectangular upper arm 29 with a large cross section and a lower arm 31 with a smaller cross section than that of the upper arm 29 extending in parallel to both outsides of the lower part of the upper arm 29. A pair of projections 33 put in slide contact with the inner face of the insert hole 17b when the parallel link 27 is inserted in the insert hole 17b are provided on the right and left outsides of the upper part of the upper arm 29 and slide planes are provided on the upper face and outside face of the projections 33.
