    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new fiber textile which combines excellent heat resistance and electrical conductivity. SOLUTION: An organic high polymer fiber, most preferably, an aramid fiber consisting of polyparaphenylene terephthalamide is, if required, subjected to surface roughening, is treated with a silane coupling agent, is subjected to metallizing treatment, and is thereafter subjected to electroless plating to form a metal plated thread consisting of the organic high polymer fiber. By using the metal plated thread, the textile having excellent thermal resistance and electrical conductivity can be produced.
