    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional device for measuring a radiated radio wave wherein much time is taken or an accurate result is not obtained because it relies on an experiential skill.
      SOLUTION: The device comprises first antennas 21 and 41 for receiving radio wave radiated from the whole measured apparatus T at a position separated from the measured apparatus T, and second antennas 22 and 42, in the measured apparatus T, that are moved onto a plurality of grids at a proximity position and receive the radio wave radiated on each grid locally from the measured apparatus T. The outputs of both antennas are made to pass band pass filters 31, 32, 52 and 53 having the same filtration frequency band. Phase difference Q between a first system output S1, S1 and a second system output S2, S2 obtained from respective antennas and amplitude V of the second system output S2, S2 are stored together with positional information of the second antennas 22 and 42. By displaying them on a plane, the propagation state of the radiation radio wave on the measured apparatus T can be accurately and easily visually inspected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic interfering wave measuring device capable of shortening EMI measure time.
      SOLUTION: Only frequency band where noise is generated is extracted with a frequency selection means constituted of a band-pass filter 41a connected with an antenna 24, and a square wave is formed for the extracted noise signal. The square wave is input in an indication means synchroscope 41b and a trigger is applied to the square wave and noise is detected from the input obtained by moving a near magnetic probe 41c nearby the machine under test 50. Thus, from the position of the near magnetic probe 41c during the noise detection, identifying noise source becomes possible. In this manner, effective noise detection becomes possible and identifying time of noise source is shortened compared with conventional identification of generation source by estimation, and so shortening of noise measure time becomes possible.
