The alarm display is kept unless it is released by a reset signal 112.

SOLUTION: An equalizer LSI for digital subscriber's transmission line or the like, that is provided in the subscriber's line terminator of an integrated digital communication network or the like and that is equipped with a digital signal processing circuit DSP to be operated according to a prescribed control program and a frame detecting circuit FD for selectively turning a synchronizing detecting signal SYNCOK into effective level by detecting a prescribed frame pattern from a received signal, is provided with a reset control circuit for selectively turning an internal reset control signal LTNPOR 2 into effective level when the said frame pattern is not detected by the frame detecting circuit FD longer than prescribed time. In this case, according to this internal reset control signal, namely, a reset signal RES, the digital signal processing circuit DSP or prescribed internal circuit provided with the same is turned into reset state in the manners of software and hardware.
