摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength heat insulating panel with a flat appearance, without having to add irregularities formed on surface. SOLUTION: In this heat insulating panel in which a core material 3 is filled in, in between two metal outer skins 1 and 2, a reinforcing material 4 is provided on the core material 3 side surface of the metal outer skin 1. The reinforcing material 4 is provided, in a state of not protruding on the surface of the metal outer skin 1, so as to reinforce the heat insulating panel. Additionally, the reinforcing material is made in an approximately hat-shaped cross-sectional form, in which fixing pieces 4b are protrusively provided on both the side portions of a U-shaped or V-shaped cross-section body portion 4a, respectively, and the fixing piece can be fixed on the core-material side surface of the metal outer skin.
