摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage tank of a water heater capable of improving heat-retaining/heat insulating effect without increasing a thickness of an expandable molding heat-insulating material. SOLUTION: This water heater comprises a hot water storage tank 12 to which a plurality of pipes 13, 18, 23 are connected and which stores hot water heated by a heating device 4, and an outer hull of the hot water storage tank is coated with the expandable molding heat insulating materials 32, 33 to obtain a heat-retaining/heat insulating constitution. Reflecting films 36, 37 for reflecting the heat from the hot water storage tank 12 to a hot water storage tank 12 side are formed on inner surfaces of the expandable molding heat insulating materials 32, 33 at the hot water storage 12 side.
