SOLUTION: The instrument for incising and dissecting a tissue comprises a pair of grasping members each of which has one end and the other end to be opened/closed to grasp the tissue; a pair of operation line members connected to the one end to extend to an operator side in the longitudinal direction; and a flexible tube member to store the operation line members. Each grasping member extends in the longitudinal direction so that the tissue can be incised when an electric current is applied, and comprises a blade holding the one end and an outer insulating body part disposed outside the blade to coat the blade.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mucosa pulling tool pulling mucosa without attaching it to mucosa again during the operation of incision and peeling of the submucosal layer.
      SOLUTION: In this invented mucosa pulling tool, one end of an elastic part is attached to mucosa for incision and peeling through a first attaching part and another end of the elastic part is attached to the other mucosa different from the mucosa for incision and peeling through a second attaching part to elongate the elastic part and generate resilience, and the mucosa for incision and peeling can be pulled by using of the resilience. Additionally, if the elastic part shrinks by operating to return to the original length but it causes loss of the resilience, at least one of first and second rings is pulled to elongate the elastic part. This gives that the resilience occurs again at the elastic part and the mucosa for incision and peeling can be pulled without reattachment of the mucosa pulling tool.

SOLUTION: According to the internal organ lighting implement, since a light emitting part which emits light by power supplied from a power source through wiring is in a sheet shape, the light emitting part can be disposed on the back side of the internal organ where an operator wants to illuminate the blood vessel even inside a body with a little clearance. That is, the internal organ where the operator wants to recognize the position of the blood vessel is disposed so as to be held between the light emitting part and a laparoscope or the like. Then, by making the light emitting part emit the light, the blood vessel inside the internal organ is illuminated and the position of the blood vessel is accurately recognized.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ traction instrument which raises no fear of the damage of the internal organ when the internal organ is pulled in a direction outside the body in a manner to support the internal organ.
      SOLUTION: This organ traction device includes a traction wire and a gripping section, and can grip the internal organ in a manner to surround the periphery of the internal organ or follow the periphery of the internal organ. Therefore, the internal organ traction device can pull the internal organ in a manner to support the internal organ unlike a conventional forceps which grips a part and pulls up the internal organ. Thus, a force which is applied to the internal organ is distributed, and fear for the damage of the internal organ is eliminated.

Moreover, the endoscopic submucosal dissection auxiliary device conforms to shapes inside a body because of the flexibility and is inserted inside the body together with the endoscope.
