    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of an outer periphery plate and to prevent the wear of wall bodies by protective chips by connecting the opposite upper and lower plates of the rotor of a centrifugal crushing machine by the plural wall bodies and providing the outside surfaces at the release port ends of the wall bodies with the protective chips on the side inner than the peripheral edges of the lower plate, thereby constituting the rotor. SOLUTION: The rotor of the centrifugal crushing machine for crushing raw materials to be crushed, such as ore, is arranged with the upper and lower plates opposite to each other, is provided with a distributor 11 at the center of the lower plate 1 and is bored with a supply port for the raw materials to be crushed at the center of the upper plate. These upper and lower plates are connected by the wall bodies 12 consisting of the front ends 12a, intermediate parts 12b and tail ends 12c disposed on the inner side of the peripheral edges and form an area for forming a dead bed D in the recessed part on the inner side delineated of the front end 12a and the intermediate part 12c, thereby protecting the wear of the wall bodies 12. Sintered hard front end chips 14 are mounted at the front ends 12a of the wall bodies 12 and the protective chips 15 are mounted on the outside surfaces of the front ends 12a on the side inner than the peripheral edges of the lower plate 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the unequal wear of a toggle block and to make rapid and easy position adjustment possible by intervening an elastic body between an upper supporting material and/or lower supporting material and the toggle block, thereby slidably constituting the toggle block. SOLUTION: The toggle block 1 is provided with a groove 11 on the front surface on a crushing chamber side, where one end of a frame toggle plate (i) is supported. Besides, a hydraulic cylinder 2 is used as a means for sliding the toggle block 1 by applying external force thereon. Low-friction materials 12a, 12b are installed from the front surface to the four corners of the rear surface of the toggle block 1. The elastic body 13, such as rubber, is intervened between the lower low-friction material 12a and the toggle block 1. An engaging member 42 is engaged with an engaging hole 14 disposed on the base of the toggle block 1 and one end of a spring 51 for tension for pulling a tension rod 5 is pressed to the rear surface of a reaction plate 43 disposed on the base of a reaction transmission member 4.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance product value and production capacity by passing the air stream sent from a grinder through an auxiliary classifier before supplying the same to a dust collector to classify ground matter into matter with a product dimension and coarse particles to present the mixing of coarse particles with the product collected by a dust collector. CONSTITUTION:A grinder 1 grinds matter to be ground such as cement clinker or an ore. In a first route, the matter ground by the grinder 1 is fed to a main classifier 12 by a mechanical feed means 11 and the matter to be ground with a product dimension is sorted and collected by the classifier 12. In a second route 2, the matter ground by the grinder 1 is fed to an auxiliary classifier 4 by an air stream and the matter to be ground with the product dimension is sorted by the classifier 4 and fed to a dust collector 21 by an air stream to be collected. As a result, the mixing of coarse particles with the product collected by the dust collector 21 can be prevented and, therefore, it is unnecessary to finely grind the sorted product to a necessary degree or more.

CONSTITUTION:In a vertically constructed derrick 1, a sprocket 3 driven in rotation by means of a motor 2 through a chain power transmission mechanism is supported on a shaft in the oblique upward direction from the upper edge, and sprockets 5 and 6 setting as guides to bend an anchor chain in the oblique upward direction are also supported in the upper part, and a sprocket 7 is supported in the lower part as well respectively with the shafts, and an endless anchor chain 4 guided by means of the sprockets 5 and 6 is spanned betwen the upper and lower sprockets 3 and 7 so as to be circularly driven by means of the motor 2. Next, when the sprocket 3 is driven in rotation by means of the motor 2, the chain 4 is driven circularly in the arrow direction, and a bucke 13 loaded with earth and sand by means of a belt conveyor and/or the like in the lower part ascends to the upper edge of the derrik, and then changes its direction, and by being turned upside down by means of the sprocket 3, the earth and sand can be discharged.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of crushing capacity by positioning a sorting screen to the midway part of a route for supplying a raw material into a rotor and forming both a route for supplying the raw material into the rotor and a route for allowing it to fall between a discharge port of the rotor and a dead bed. CONSTITUTION:A raw material to be crushed is supplied via a chute guide 31 from an upper chute 3. The supplied raw material is uniformly distributed on a sorting screen 4 by a dead bed 48. In the raw material distributed on the sorting screen 4, the raw material having such dimension that a passage route in the crusher is not closed is allowed to fall into a partition reservoir 45 from a falling space part 41. Large blocks having such dimension that the possibilities closing the inside of the crusher are caused are transferred on a partition member 43 to the peripheral edge part from the center part and allowed to fall between the discharge port 21 of a rotor 2 and the dead bed 15. Thereby sorting can be surely performed.
