      CONSTITUTION: The viscous liquid prepared e.g. by heating raw WAKAME in water is mixed with reined rice bran or wheat (e.g. wheat flour), and formed in the form of noodles. The mixture is added in the fermentation stage of SHOCHU, preferably in the secondary fermentation stage at a ratio of preferably 80W100wt.% (based on the fermentation liquid), and the fermented product is distilled to obtain the objective SHOCHU.
