    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-output fuel cell in which methanol crossover is suppressed and an MEA is moisturized.SOLUTION: The fuel cell comprises a gas-liquid separating membrane for supplying at least part of a liquid fuel as a gas fuel, a fuel permeation amount adjusting membrane for adjusting a permeation amount of the gas fuel, an anode-side collector layer, an anode for oxidizing the gas fuel, a solid electrolyte membrane, a cathode for reducing oxygen, and a cathode-side collector layer in this order. The fuel cell is characterized in that the fuel permeation amount adjusting membrane contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and inorganic particles.
