    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ligand bonded molecule and a receptor, and to provide a composition and a method for improving the circulating plasma half-life of the ligand bonded molecule. SOLUTION: A polypeptide containing an immunoglobulin heavy chain dimer having no immunoglobulin light chain is provided. In the polypeptide, a variable domain of at least one immunoglobulin heavy chain is substituted with an amino acid sequence of a ligand bonding partner, which is a receptor, a carrier protein, a hormone, a growth factor, an enzyme or a nutrient substance and is not a lymphocyte-inducing receptor, a constituent element of an immunoglobulin gene super family, a homologous protein thereto nor a multi-subunit polypeptide encoded with an isolated gene, and the bonding partner is fused with an amino acid sequence of the immunoglobulin heavy chain constant domain at the C terminus, and holds bonding properties.
