    • PURPOSE: To provide a spinning machine which is provided with an auxiliary unit having drive sources at a draft device, controls the rotating speeds of the respective drive sources by computation from theoretical values and actually measured values with angle transducers, is capable of discretely adjusting the rotating speeds and is advantageous for determination of spinning conditions, etc. CONSTITUTION: The draft device of the spinning machine consisting of a delivery roller 1, a bottom apron roller 2 and two rollers 3 and 4 is provided with the auxiliary unit having the respective drive sources consisting of plural electric motors 12 and including >=1 top rollers and ring rails 11. The rotating speeds by the respective drive sources 12 are made adjustable independently of each other. The draft device is connected to a positioning processor 21 having an actually measured value inputting means, which continuously compares the theoretical values set by program instructions and the actually measured values by the angle transducers 13 disposed at the respective drive sources 12 and inputts these values. The control values computed by the comparison of the actually measured values and the theoretical values are imparted via a converter 23 to the respective drive sources 12 by programs, thereby, the spinning conditions are controlled.

About three groups having plural support plates are disposed in each row, and plural conductors are linearly disposed on the back surfaces of the support plates. Plural circuit boards are disposed between two electric connectors on the front surface of each support plate in a mutually adjacent state in the longitudinal direction of the support plate, and each circuit board is disposed in approximate parallel to an aggregate adjacent to each circuit plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drafting machine designed to surely open/close, by the aid of the swing motion of a double arm-shaped press lever, a holder arm housed with a common fluid-type presser loading a plurality of top rollers. SOLUTION: This drafting machine in e.g. a fine spinning frame works in its opening/closing action as follows: a press bar 23 is allowed to slide right by a handle 24, and via the cam-shaped portion of the press bar 23, a valve 21 is actuated to exhaust the air inside a pneumatic presser 20 along with swinging a press lever 30 clockwise around a swing shaft 31 by the force of a reversion spring 37 to unlock the check arm of the press lever 30, and by the action of a release spring 41, a top roller holder arm 12 is swung clockwise around a shaft 13 to free respective top rollers 14 from load; when the respective top rollers 14 are to be locked for beginning a drafting activity again, the press bar 23 is allowed to slide left, and the press lever 30 is swung counterclockwise by the action of the bent portion 25 of the press bar 23 and abutted on the roller 33A of an eccentric bolt 33, and the valve 21 is actuated by the action of the cam-shaped portion of the press bar 23 to connect the press lever 30 with a pressure source, and the holder arm 12 is then swung counterclockwise to lock the respective top rollers 14.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a spinning rotor which enhances running silence and suppresses the generation of heat in a rotational axis region. CONSTITUTION: A disk-shaped permanent magnet 7 and an annular permanent magnet 8 of an opposite polarity existing concentrically therewith via a supporting and insulating layer 19 are arranged within the region of the rotational axis 11 of the spinning rotor 1 constituted as a rotor of an axial magnetic field motor in such a manner as to respectively project from the bearing surface on the rotor 1 side formed by a magnetic supporting body 5 apart air gaps 14 and 15 in the axial direction and radial direction into the notch of a stator 2. Further, a yoke 6 for the guiding magnetic fields of the rotor 1 is fixed together with driving magnets 4 and 4' to a spinning tray 3 by means of the magnetic supporting body 5 and is parted from a spinning tray bottom 3' acting as the yoke of the driving magnets 4 and 4' apart the air gap acting as a blocking layer 9 to minimize the influence of alternating components by decoupling the respective magnetic fluxes of the guiding magnetic fields as driving magnetic fields, by which the eddy current in the rotating cycle is decreased and the deviation between the mechanical rotational axis and the magnetic axis is eliminate.
