    • PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article having parts held thereto arranged in an aligned state for supplying the parts to an automatic assembling machine, by introducing the parts into a mold in a state held in the holding holes provided to a long metal plate while moving said metal plate at constant pitches corresponding to the pitches of guide orifices to perform integral molding. CONSTITUTION:Holding holes 4 for holding parts 2 and guide orifices 5 arranged at constant pitches in a longitudinal direction are provided to a windable long metal plate 3 while the holding parts 7 of the parts having the holding parts 7 provided to the bottom surface thereof are inserted into the holding holes 4 to hold the parts 2 by the long metal plate 3. Subsequently, the long metal plate 3 is transferred to a mold at constant pitches corresponding to the pitches of the guide holes 5 and moved so as to successively position the holding holes to the cavity for the parts 2 to perform molding. By this method, the parts 2 are integrally molded to the long metal plate 3 in such an arranged state that the parts 2 are aligned in the same direction at constant pitches. The obtained molded article is supplied to the automatic assembling machine in the next process to perform the assembling of the parts.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of circumferential end part, while decreasing the pressure difference between the front and the rear of a main resin flowing hole by equalizing nearly the diameter of the resin flowing hole which is opened in almost central part of a disk plate to the diameter of the shaft stuck onto the disk plate. CONSTITUTION:A main resin flowing hole 11 which is almost equal to the inner diameter (a) of the cavity 7 for the shaft stuck on a disk 3, i.e. resin is introduced into a metal mold 5 for the shaft, is provided in almost central part of the disk 3. When resin material is supplied into the disk 3, the resin supplied from the resin feeding path 6 formed in the metal mold 4 opposite to the shaft side, passes almost through the main resin flowing hole 11 and flows into the cavity 7 of the metal mold 5 for the shaft without collision with the circumferential part of the main resin flowing hole 11 of the disk 3. When the cavity 7 is fully filled with the resin, the resin supplied from the resin feeding path 6 collides with said resin and flows into the disk 3. Consequently, the resin is uniformly supplied.
