    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type grain dryer which prevents dew condensation with a simple structure without having a heat insulating material adhered thereon.
      SOLUTION: The circulation type grain dryer is configured so that a receiving part 14 for receiving condensed water generated in side walls 3a, 3b and 3d and falling downward therefrom is provided in the side walls facing an air supplying duct 6. Thus, even if dew condensation occurs in the side walls 3a, 3b and 3d facing an air supplying duct 6 and condensate falls down on the side walls 3a, 3b and 3d, the condensate is received by the receiving part 14, and thus does not fall down onto a reflux part (crop collecting plate 11). Further, the receiving part 14 is formed as a gutter 14, and an end part 14a of the gutter 14 on the side of an air discharging fan 10 is formed in an open state. Thus, it is also possible to drop the condensate in the gutter 14 from the end part 14a to discharge from the air discharging fan 10 outside the machine together with the discharged hot air.

      SOLUTION: In the grain dryer, based on operation of a supply switch provided on a control panel face, driving output is performed for an elevator driving motor to supply the storing chamber of grains to be supplied to a bottom part of the elevator, a controlling part comprises a means to detect loading current of the elevator driving motor and determines whether loading current is decreased or not during the supply operation. In the case that predetermined current decrease is detected, outdoor air ventilation is performed by driving a suction fan and driving output is conducted for a delivery valve motor to bring the grains in the storing chamber in a circulation state.

SOLUTION: A control unit computes a mean value of a plurality of voltage values detected by a combustion flame monitor unit, and when a mean value detected this time is smaller than that of last time continuously several times, the control unit determines that a flame rod is failed. The control unit also computes a value ΔA obtained by subtracting the mean value of this time from the last mean value, and when an absolute value of ΔA is out of the predetermined threshold value range several times, the control unit determines clogging of a fuel filter. With this structure, since extinguishment of the combustion flame can be thereby detected early before the flame is extinguished, when the combustion flame extinguishes, inspection of the fuel filter and the flame rod is unnecessary, and the time for clearing up causes can be shortened. The lower portion of the funnel-like bottom bulkhead than a position having approximately the same height as the height of the lower side of the unhulled rice-falling guide plate is formed of a porous wall having a hole area rate of about 40% or more, while the upper portion is formed of a non-porous thin plate or a thin plate having a hole area rate of 10% or less.
