In this reactor, the coil 31 is wound independently for two circuits with the same number of turns, and the coils 31 and 32 for two circuits are wound in such a way that the magnetic flux Φe produced by the coils 31 and 32 has a reverse direction for the flux Φm produced by the above permanent magnet.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetic cores which are reduced in size and whose magnetic properties are sufficiently utilized simultaneously.
