    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily and smoothly operate a lever by reducing an operating load on the operator operating a forward/reverse change and shift lever.
      SOLUTION: A steering wheel is linked to a turning variable speed drive via a steering link mechanism while the forward/reverse change and shift lever is linked to a forwarding variable speed drive. A rotative direction changing mechanism is provided on the steering link mechanism for changing the direction of positive/reverse rotation of the output shaft of the turning variable speed drive. The forward/reverse change and shift lever is linked to the rotative direction changing mechanism for linkage of the forward/reverse changing operation of the forward/reverse change and shift lever with the operation of changing the direction of the positive/reverse rotation of the output shaft of the turning variable speed drive by the rotative direction changing mechanism. An operating load reducing mechanism is provided on the rotative direction changing mechanism.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling device smoothly turnable even at very low speed travel time, and having the simplified constitution.
      SOLUTION: Side clutches for intermitting motive power to the traveling device are arranged on the left and right. A differential transmission mechanism is arranged between left and right side clutch gears. Driving by a continuously variable transmission mechanism (HST) is transmitted to a differential case 33 of the differential transmission mechanism by switching two clutch mechanisms 30 and 31 arranged on the same shaft 36. A turning inside wheel shaft b is constituted so as to continuously transmit variable speed in backward and frontward by disengaging operation of the left and right one side clutches and driving of the differential case 33.
