    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam discharging pump mechanism that discharges a foam content obtained by mixing air with a content (stock solution) to be discharged, the foam discharging pump mechanism achieving light operability and increase in a supply amount of air to be mixed with the stock solution.SOLUTION: A large-diameter piston 6 for working on air and a small-diameter piston 3, 4 for working on the content are driven by a turning action of a lever member 2 interlocked with an operation member 1 for discharging the foam content. The lever member 2 is constructed such that the lever member has, on substantially the same side with respect to the turning fulcrum 2b thereof, a point of load 2c applying a force to the small-diameter piston with a distance of L1 from the turning fulcrum of the lever member along the arm-shaped lever member, and a point of load 2f applying a force to the large-diameter piston with a distance of L2 (>L1) from the turning fulcrum along the arm-shaped lever member. Here, a point of effort 2e of the lever member 2 to which the operation force is applied is located directly above the point of load 2f applying a force to the large-diameter piston so that the operation force to the operating member 1 is transmitted to the small-diameter piston 3, 4 for working on the content while being magnified.
