An inner pipe section 58 as a male pipe section is installed to one of a crank leg 14 for the mixing faucet mounted and executed on the internal surface of the wall 16 and the joint pipe 36 and a female pipe section 42 to the other, these pipe sections 58 and 42 being fitted slidably in a water tight manner in the axial direction through an O-ring 64, and the positions of fitting in the axial direction of the inner pipe section 58 and the female pipe section 42 are held at the positions of adjustment by the female screw section 66 and the male screw section 38.

Washing starts in a state to dam the drain 2 by seal water of the second trap 14, and since air between both traps 15 is exhausted through the aspirator at the same time when the washing of the water closet is started, the siphon operation can be generated at a small quantity of washing water within a, short period of time.
