摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for filling a package with a dose of a filling material in a molding and filling device. SOLUTION: A valve 16 reciprocates in a molding tube 2 of a molding and filling device with a constant stroke to discharge a filling material via an outlet nozzle, thereby supplying a dose of the filling material from the tube 2. An amount of the dose is adjustable, and the material is supplied via an adjustable dose supply opening adjacent to the valve 16. In addition, movement of the valve 16 with respect to the molding tube 2 is adjusted to vary an intermediate position of reciprocation of the valve. Further a material head which can be controlled and adjusted is kept in the molding tube to determine a rate at which the material is supplied to the valve 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metering apparatus by which the metering operation and the charging operation of mushrooms such as nameko mushrooms or the like are automated and whose operation efficiency and operation stability are enhanced by installing a metering part or the like in which a product charged into a cylindrical casing is metered in every constant amount so as to be discharged. SOLUTION: In a nameko-mushroom metering apparatus 10, nameko mushrooms which are charged into a cylindrical casing 15 from a hopper 14 for charging are metered in every constant amount by a metering part 11 so as to be discharged, and the nameko mushrooms which are discharged from the metering part 11 are charged into a packaging container 18 by a charging part 12. A packaging-container conveyance part 13 carries out, from the charging part 12, the packaging container 18 charged with the nameko mushrooms, and it feeds an empty packaging container 18 to the charging part 12. Then, a series of operations in which the packaging container 18 charged with the nameko mushrooms is carried out to a conveyance conveyor 19 is performed automatically. In this manner, the metering operation and the charging operation of a product are automated, and the operation efficiency of the metering apparatus is enhanced sharply. In addition, a process in which an operator's hands come into contact with the product is reduced sharply, and the metering operation and the charging operation are performed. As a result, the metering apparatus is hygienic.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing equipment which can weigh an article to be packaged smoothly and quickly in order to keep up with a packaging machine which possesses about twice as much packaging ability as a prior art machine does. SOLUTION: While a weighing disk 10 is synchronizingly rotated with a rotor provided with a grip body for supporting a bag on a packaging machine side, a shutter 16 covering the bottom face of a weighing cylinder 12 is released with a confirmation signal for opening a bag at a filling station and an article to be packaged in the cylinder is discharged in a filling funnel. The shutter 16, after discharging the article to be packaged, closes the bottom face of the weighing cylinder 12 again. After the article to be packaged is supplied from a hopper 91 and is filled in the weighing cylinder 12 once more, a quantity is fixed with a necking member 95 and the shutter prepares for the next discharge.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase packing speed, by separately piling a fragrance material on the belt of a packaging material and adjacently piling tea on the belt of the packaging material and packaging them together, in a process to package to fragrance drawn from a fragrance storage container together with tea into tea bags. SOLUTION: A filter paper belt 1 transferred through a machine is extended to a tea distributing device 4 as a flat band through return rollers 2, 3 at a part of a tea bag-packaging machine. A specified volume of tea taken out by a distributing wheel 5 in the tea distributing device 4 is put on the belt 1 by a transfer wheel 6. Then, the belt 1 is formed like a hose and teabags filled respectively are formed from the hose-like material. In the meanwhile, the fragrance material distributed through a rotary drum 11 having two distributing chambers 17, 18 in a fragrance material-distribution device 7 including a storage container 9, is piled on respective positions of the belt 1 before the tea is distributed.
