    • PURPOSE:To enable flowing of the churned and atomized fluid fuel toward the burner's side by feeding a fluid fuel directly setting an oil feed pipe near a rotary plate as well as setting a churning vane on the rotary plate in a body. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 for a rotary atomization is joined with a mixing plate 6 which a motor axis 3 is set in a premixture chamber 5 of a burner body 4 within a burner case 2. By setting an oil feed pipe 7 near the center of the mixing plate 6, a fixed space X is established between a tip of the oil feed pipe 7 and a rotary dispersion plate portion 6a. When rotating the mixing plate 6, the air for combustion flows in from an air feed pipe 10 on the rear end of the burner case 2, and simultaneously the fluid fuel pumped up from an oil tank, etc., is jetted out from the end of the oil feed pipe 7 to be atomized in rotation by the rotary dispersion plate portion 6a and a churning vane portion 6b, causing a dispersion to a vaporization surface 5a of the burner body 4. Moreover, a premixture of the air for combustion with the vaporized fuel is facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent fuel from overflowing from a fuel receiving tank and an auxiliary tank by placing a fuel feed pipe connection at a location higher than the fuel level in the fuel receiving tank and a fuel drawing pipe connection at a location lower than the fuel feed pipe connection, and providing an air connecting tube one end of which is connected at a location higher than the fuel feed pipe connection and the other end connected to an air feed passage. CONSTITUTION:The connection 25A of a fuel feed pipe 25 to a connecting pie 24 is placed at a location higher than the fuel level S in a fuel receiving tank 16 and the connection of a fuel drawing pie 23 at a location lower than the connection 25A. The connection 22A of an air connecting tube 22 to the connecting pie 24 is placed higher than the connection 25A, and the tube is first extended upward to be then connected to an air feed passage 12 underneath. When the burning is suspended, the fuel drawing pipe 23 and the connecting pipe 24 up to the point of the connection 25A are filled with liquid fuel. If an open/close valve in an electromagnetic pump 17 cannot be closed, air enters from the air connecting tube 22 to the connecting pipe 24, and so, the liquid fuel in the fuel drawing pipe 23 returns to the fuel receiving tank 16 through the drawing pipe 23 without entering a vaporizing chamber 21 via the fuel feed pipe 25.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a speed of premixture gas injected from a flame port and dampen a lifting combustion at the time of ignition by a method wherein a holder is located at a substantial central part between a flow regulator and a burner head to form an annular dampening space. CONSTITUTION:A holder 41 has such an outer diameter as to enable itself to be positioned within small diameter holes 30 and 30 of a flow regulator plate 29, a burner head 32 is fixed to the flow regulator plate 29 with a plurality of small screws 42 and 42 via a holder 40 and an outer circumferential edge of the burner head 32 is abutted against a stepped part 14 of a burner body 9. An annular dampening space X is formed at an outside part of the holder 41 and within the burner body 9 between the burner head 32 and the flow regulator plate 29. When a combustion is started, e.g. an energization is carried out, a flow speed of the premixture gas passing through the small diameter through- pass holes 30 and 30 of the flow regulator plate 29 is quite high. The annular dampening space X formed at the outside part of the holder 41 decreases a flow speed of mixture gas and decreases an injecting speed of the gas from the flame ports 33 and 33 to dampen the lifting combustion at the time of ignition, resulting in that an igniting characteristic can be improved.
