Even when a power supply is put on, a sewing machine is not operated, but a stop condition is held, while a start switch display part is lighted for operation guide display. When a start switch is operated in this stop condition, the sewing machine is started to operate to come into a second condition. When the stop switch or start/stop switch is operated, a stop command signal is generated to form the stop condition as a first condition.

CONSTITUTION:A filter medium 10 is piled on the perforated plate 12 in a filtration tank 9 to form a filter layer 11. A mesh keep plate 13, which can move vertically, is placed on the upper surface of the filter layer. A water inlet 16 is installed at the bottom of the filter layer while a water outlet is installed at the top of the filter layer to flow water upward through the layer. More preferably, two ports, a water ejection port and a water discharge port, are installed as the water outlets so that the water outlets can be selectively opened corresponding to the vertical motion of the mesh keep plate. In this way, when water flows while the keep plate being lifted, the filter medium floats up for efficient cleaning. Since the water outlet is selectively opened by the vertical movement of the keep plate, dirty cleaning water can be discarded without installation of a changeover valve which fails occasionally.
