摘要： PURPOSE:The title conjugated fiber that is made by arranging the core layer and the sheath layer of a thermoplastic polymer and the intermediate layer of a conductive thermoplastic polymer under specific conditions, thus showing good fiber-forming properties and causing no problems on fibrilation. CONSTITUTION:The conjugated fiber is composed of the core layer 1 and the sheath core of a thermoplastic polymer such as polyamide or polyester and the intermediate layer of a conductive thermoplastic polymer containing 15-50wt% of conductive carbon black and the same kind of a thermoplastic polymer as that used in the core and sheath layers where the cross section area of the core layer is more than 5%, the intermediate layer B1 surrounds the core layer A1 and the sheath layer A2 partially surrounds the outside of the intermediate layer and less than 60% of the outer surface of the intermediate layer is exposed to the fiber surface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled fiber having silky rustle and elegant luster, etc., by forming a composite fiber composed of thermoplastic polymers wherein a specific part of the circumference of the cross-section is made of an easily soluble polymer, and removing a part of the easily soluble polymer to form a groove on the surface of the fiber. CONSTITUTION:A composite fiber composed of two kinds of thermoplastic polymers (preferably polyesters) having different solubilities and having uneven thickness along the longitudinal direction is prepared beforehand. In the circumference of the cross-section of the above fiber, the polymer having higher solubility accounts for two or more parts each having a length of 0.2-4mu. The objective fiber having grooves of 0.2-4mu in the opening width and 0.1-1.8mu in depth can be manufactured by dissolving and removing at least a part of the easily soluble polymer from the composite fiber. The fiber has preferably an irregular cross-section when the grooves are assumed to be absent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric having a plurality of semicrystalline filaments which are thermal bonded with each other, formed from the same polymer and, substantially present the same melting temperature.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric is manufactured by melt spinning amorphous crystallizable polymer and forming two components having different levels of crystallinity. While spinning, the first component of the polymer in a state of semicrystalline is subjected to the condition to be crystallized by stress induction so that it can serve as a nonwoven matrix or a strength component. The second polymer component is not rendered to crystallization by stress induction and remains substantially in a state of semicrystalline, so that it sufficiently bonds at a relatively low temperature. At the step of bonding, binder components are softened or fused by heating the nonwoven fabric. Under these conditions, the binder components crystallize by heat, and as a result, both polymer components in the final product become semicrystalline.
