摘要： PURPOSE:To attain uniform heating by providing an electricityheat converter consisting of a heat storage in which heat pipes set beneath road are partly positioned in a hot water circulating path and heated by electric energy generated by a wind power generator. CONSTITUTION:Heat pipes 2 are almost horizontally set right under road 1, and their one end is water-tightly inserted into a hot water circulating pipe 3 and arranged in two rows in the longitudinal direction toward the widthwise direction of the road 1. Both ends of the pipe 3 are also connected to a heat storage 4 set under the ground to allow hot water to flow in it, and one end of the pipes 2 is heated. A pump 5 is provided to the intermediate part of the pipe 3, and the tank 4a of the storage 4 is packed with water 4b and crushed stone 4c to store their sensible heat. A wind wheel 6 and a wind power generator 7 are set near the road 1 and connected to a heat pump 8. Snow on road can thus be effectively thawed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect a leaking place by draining water from a water supply pipe, supplying halogen gas under pressure, forming small holes which penetrate through a road pavement member at certain intervals, and successively setting halogen sensors in close to the small holes. CONSTITUTION:Water is drained from a warm water pipe 12 by opening and closing a prescribed valve. Small holes (10mmphi) having a length reaching the crushed stone ballast are drilled at a certain interval (1-2mm) on a pavement member 10. When SF6 is supplied into a pipe 12, and gas pressure is increased, SF6 leaks from the defective place 14 of the pipe 12, and leaks out to the road surface from a small hole 13 which is closest, passing through the crushed stone ballast layer 11. The sensor 17 of a halogen sensing device 16 is set close to each small hole 13, and the SF6 leaking place is determined. Since, the small hole 13 from which SF6 leaks at first is closest to the defective place of the pipe 12, the pipe 12 is exposed by digging within a certain range around the small hole 13, and the defective place 14 can be discovered.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out power generation and heat generation in accordance with demand by connecting turbines on an upper step side and a lower step side to each other with a torque converter and interposing a clutch on each of output shaft as well as attempting heat utilization in an open type Brayton cycle and making total system simple and less expensive. CONSTITUTION:Intake air 1 and fuel 2 are mixed and burned in a combustor 3, so that gas of a high temperature and high pressure is generated, and a higher step side gas turbine 4 is actuated with it. Additionally, a lower step side gas turbine 4 is driven with exhaust gas discharged from the higher step side gas turbine 4 and a generator 7 is driven with output torque of the lower step side gas turbine 8. Also in the same way, suction of outside air is pressurized and compressed by way of driving an air compressor 10. Moreover, the air which comes to be high temperature and high pressure after it is pressurized and compressed in the air compressor 10 is changed to be air of low temperature and high pressure with a heat exchanger 13 for heat radiation, and this air of high pressure is adiabatically expanded with an expansion turbine 14 and cold water is made with an endothermic heat exchanger 15.
