    • PURPOSE:To carry out power generation and heat generation in accordance with demand by connecting turbines on an upper step side and a lower step side to each other with a torque converter and interposing a clutch on each of output shaft as well as attempting heat utilization in an open type Brayton cycle and making total system simple and less expensive. CONSTITUTION:Intake air 1 and fuel 2 are mixed and burned in a combustor 3, so that gas of a high temperature and high pressure is generated, and a higher step side gas turbine 4 is actuated with it. Additionally, a lower step side gas turbine 4 is driven with exhaust gas discharged from the higher step side gas turbine 4 and a generator 7 is driven with output torque of the lower step side gas turbine 8. Also in the same way, suction of outside air is pressurized and compressed by way of driving an air compressor 10. Moreover, the air which comes to be high temperature and high pressure after it is pressurized and compressed in the air compressor 10 is changed to be air of low temperature and high pressure with a heat exchanger 13 for heat radiation, and this air of high pressure is adiabatically expanded with an expansion turbine 14 and cold water is made with an endothermic heat exchanger 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling performance of the cooling device of electronic equipment, and to reduce load on a power source. SOLUTION: This cooling device of electronic equipment for taking heat from electronic equipment 1 generating heat when operated, and for radiating the heat to the outside is provided with a cooling and electricity generating section 3 for absorbing heat according as a power supplied and for generating an electromotive force according, as it is heated, a power source part 4 including a charging means electrically connected to the cooling and electricity generating section 3, a heat-transmitting means 2 for connecting the electronic equipment 1 to the cooling and electricity generating section 3 for making the heat transferable, and a switching means 5 for making the cooling and electricity generating section 3 to absorb the heat from the electronic equipment 1, by supplying power to the cooling and electricity generating element 3, when the electronic equipment 1 is operating with the form external power, and for allowing the cooling and electricity generating element 3 to generate electromotive force, when the electronic equipment 1 is operated according to the power supply form the charging means.
