摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the end of an oil fence to be moved vertically by a method in which a plate with a seal rubber is attached to the end of an oil fence, a guide lever is thrust through the tube of the plate and its lower end is fixed to the seabed, and a float is provided to the guide lever. CONSTITUTION:A plate 2 is connected to the end of an oil fence 1, and a seal rubber 3 to be touched by ship S is attached to the tip of the plate 2. A guide lever 4 is penetrated through the tubular portion 7 of the plate 2, the upper end of the lever 4 is connected through a rope 9 to a dolphin 8, and the lower end of the lever 4 is fixed through a chain 5 and a sinker 6 to the seabed. The lower half of the lever 4 serves as a buoyant pipe 10 and a float 1 is fixed to the periphery of the pipe 10. Since the lever 4 can rise all the time by the buoyancy of the float 11, the end of the oil fence 1 can be fixed in a vertically movable manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a floating body to be smoothly moved according to the vertical movement of a tide, by fitting a semi-circular mooring member fixed outside a stationary pole at the side end section of the floating body and by arranging a plurality of rotary bodies between the mooring member and the pole. CONSTITUTION:A semi-circular mooring member 6 is saliently set at the side end of the floating body 2 of a pontoon or the like, and a stationary pole 8 is contained inside the mooring member 6. A roller 5 is set in contact with the stationary pole of the floating body 2, and the rotary bodies of rubber balls or the like are fitted on the inner peripheral surface of the mooring member 6. By this organization, even if the floating body 2 is vertically moved by the tide or the like, the mooring member 6 is not rigidly engaged with the stationary pole 8 but is smoothly moved, and the floating body 2 can be prevented from being inclined.

CONSTITUTION:An intermediate oilproofing weir 11 has depth and draft matching a leak-oil layer thickness, the oilproofing weir is bent within an elasticity limit, and a support part oilproofing weir 12 is provided at its side part with an arm 14 supported to a guide 16. A sliding pad of a low friction material is located to the arm 14 so that frictional resistance to the guide 16 is decreased. A coupling device 13 is formed with an oblong hole, a pin, and a flexible oilproof film, allows bending of the intermediate oilproofing weir 11, and prevents the occurrence of oil leak past the intermediate oilproofing weir part. This causes bending of the intermediate oilproofing weir by exerting an external force thereon, and enables formation of a light structure, and enables efficient decision of a sectional shape serving to ensure strength.
