摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting work of non-slip members, by fixing non-slip members extending a hollow projection at full length of treads in a groove made in advance on the tread face of stairs and fitting projections of both ends to the hollow projection of the non-slip members. SOLUTION: An L-shaped non-slip member 1 is formed of the basal part 3 made of a rigid material directly connected to the front edge of tread face 2 and the surface material 4 made of a flexible material to provide a cushion property. A projection 5 provided with a hollow hole 13 at the full length in the direction is extended on the underface of the basal part 3 of the non-slip member 1. A plurality of projections 6 are stretched at the longitudinal full length on the upper face of the surface material 4. Terminal members 11 made of a rigid material provided with a projection 14 inserted in the hollow hole 13 of the projection 5 on the underface of the basal part 3 of the non-slip member 1 are formed and the non-slip member 1 and the terminal member 11 are fitted into the groove 7 of the tread face 2 of stairs. Accordingly, the terminal members can be evenly fitted so as not to bring a step between the terminal member and the surface of the non-slip member.

摘要： PURPOSE: To dispense with surface machining at a construction site and prevent water absorption from mortar so as to improve adhesive property to a concrete structure building frame by providing the surface of an artificial slate plate with a water absorption preventive adhesion improving layer formed of polymer cement hardened material with aggretate therein. CONSTITUTION: A sand mortar lump 3 is stuck in plump shape in the riser cross direction of concrete placed stairs 2. With a polymer cement hardened material layer 7 facing the riser face and with an artificial slate plate 8 placed on the outside, an adjusting decorative plate 1 is set in a specified position, over the sand mortar lump 3. A suitable wedge 4 is inserted if necessary to adjust the tread width and riser height and angle. The adjusting decorative plate 1 with the surface machined is bonded partially and powerfully to the concrete placed stairs by the sand mortar lump 3 so as to be temporarily fixed. After the termination of plaster work, mortar is filled in a riser space at the back of the adjusting decorative plate 1 in the hardened state of temporary fixing by the sand mortar lump 3, and the tread is finished and cured.

A plastic sheet 12, which prints a belt-like mark 12a is pasted on the treadboard wherein the mark 12a clearly indicates the location of a nosing of the treadboard. Compared with the prior treadboard where a different member from the tread main body is marked and fixed with the main body, the application of this new mark 12a makes it possible to omit treatment or work required to mount the other member to the treadboard and hence reduce construction cost.

Thus, the rusting and soil of each cut part can be suppressed, and replating can be dispensed with to reduce the cost.
