    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtering dehydrator of which the filter body is quickly and easily assembled or disassembled, which is manufactured at a low cost and is excellent in maintenance, and which prevents an annular movable plate from receiving the effect of gravity to excessively fall to a necessary degree or more at the time of eccentric rotary motion due to a screw conveyor and does not cause an increase in the load to a motor.
      SOLUTION: This screw type filtering dehydrator, in which the annular movable plates 9 interposed among respective laminating layers of a large number of annular filter plates 8 in a filter frame 1 are eccentrically rotated by the screw conveyor 11, has abutting surfaces 5 extending in an axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the filter frame 1, hooking edges 14 mutually abutting against the abutting surfaces 5 on respective annular filter plates 8, and also a crosspiece-shaped remaining part 6 facing to the outer peripheral lower side of a filter body 7 on the inner peripheral surface of the lower side of the filter frame 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtration and dewatering apparatus of which the filtration body is assembled and disassembled accurately, quickly and easily and thus produced at a low cost and is excellent in the maintenance property. SOLUTION: The screw type filtration and dewatering apparatus comprises a cylindrical filtration body 6 obtained by arranging a large number of circular filtration plates 7 at narrow gaps from one another in layers in a cylindrical outer frame 1 having a filtered water flow out window 2 in the wall face and using the respective narrow gaps as filtered water flow out grooves 8 and a screw conveyer 16 fitted in the center hole using the starting aperture of the filtration body 6 as the sludge sending-in port and the terminal aperture as the dewatered cake sending-out port. The outer circumferential rim of each circular filtration plate 7 has a fitting part 9 for positioning formed by grooving and a rod 3 for stopping rotation of the plate along the inner circumference of the cylindrical outer frame 1 is formed vertically. The respective circular filtration plates 7 are arranged in the cylindrical outer frame 1 in such a state that the fitting part 9 for positioning is engaged with the rod 3 for stopping rotation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtration and dehydration device in which a load of a motor is reduced by a low load application on a screw, the screw is hardly worn and a swinging-vibration function of an annular movable plate is not impaired even if an abrasion is occurred by using for a long time. SOLUTION: In the well known screw type filtration and dehydration device, a screw conveyor is fitted to a center hole 10 of a cylindrical filtration body 1 in which a plurality of annular filtration plate 2 and the annular movable plates 3 are superposed with a gap. Inner diameters of the annular filtration plates 2 are formed to a slightly larger diameter than an outer diameter of the screw of the screw conveyor. The device has a slide piece 3c extended from an inner diameter surface of the annular movable plate 2. A front side surface of the screw is rotated while pressing the above slide piece 3c.
