A driving shaft cover 9 for covering the discharging port 82 of the pump cover 8 and the projection shaft part 32 of the driving shaft 3 and for forming an oil discharging chamber 91 for receiving oil which is discharged from the volumetric pump element 6 and for leading the oil to the oil feeding passage 31 of the driving shaft 3, is installed on the outside of the pump cover 8.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the deflection of a stationary scroll as well as to make it simple to form an oil feed passage to a fluid operating chamber by communicating the chamber with an oil sump within a casing with each other by the use of an oil passage furnished with a squeezing section, and concurrently communicating the bottom section of the chamber with the fluid operating chamber in an intermediate pressure range by the use of an oil feed path. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 7 at the back face of a stationary scroll 2 is communicated with a high pressure oil pump 97 within a hermetic casing 1 through an oil passage 6 furnished with a section squeezed by a main bearing 5. The chamber 7 is concurrently communicated with a fluid operating chamber 4 in an intermediate pressure range through an oil feed path 70. The inner pressure of the chamber 7 is maintained at the pressure which is decreased by a decrement equivalent to the passage squeezed by the main bearing 5 against high pressure, that is, at the intermediate pressure close to pressure within the operating chamber 4, oil is thereby introduced to the chamber 7 out of the oil sump 97, so that oil is therefore fed into the operating chamber 4 from the bottom section of the chamber 7 through the oil feed path 70. In this case, since pressure at the back face side of the scroll 2 falls in the intermediate pressure range, energizing force from the back face is prevented from being excessive, deformation due to the deflection of the scroll 2 can thereby be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:Both laps 7b, 8b are engaged with each other so that the lap 7b of a fixed scroll 7 may locate outside the lap 8b of a revolving scroll 8. On the other hand, the lap 7b of the scroll 7 is extended more than the lap 8b of the scroll 8 by a roughly half rotation to be formed so that the winding end edges 7h, 8h of both laps 7b, 8b may be roughly in the same position. Besides, respective winding end edges 7h, 8h are disposed so that they may come close to the opening part 5b of a cooling medium suction passage 5a, and fluid intake passages 7j, 8j are formed in the winding end edges 7h and 8h of the laps 7b, 8b toward the other laps 7b, 8b. Therefore, cooling medium sucked from the cooling medium suction passage 5a is quickly led into compressor chambers 3a, 3a through the respective intake passages 7j, 8j for a compression action without being heated.

    • PURPOSE:To supply a sufficient quantity of oil even in low revolution by extending a pressurized oil feeding passage due to a centrifugal force outward in the radial direction of a driving shaft from the upper part gap of the fitting part between a scroll boss hole and an eccentric shaft part and opening said oil passage outward in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:An L-figure-shaped pressurized passage 64 extending outward in the radial direction through the inside of an eccentric shaft part 61 from the upper edge surface of the eccentric shaft part 61 opposed to the upper gap S in the fitting part between the eccentric shaft part 61 and a boss hole 32 is formed, and it is opened to the outer peripheral wall surface which forms the max. outside diameter of a balance weight 8 which is set eccentrically outward from the outside diameter of a driving shaft 6. In accordance with the rotational drive of the driving shaft 6, a sufficient head due to the eccentric force is generated in the pressurized passage 64, and a pumped-up oil quantity, in an oil supply passage 62 which is pumped up from an oil reservoir 1a to the upper gap S in a negative pressure region is increased. Even if the driving shaft 6 is rotated at a low speed, a sufficient quantity of oil can be pumped up into the oil supply passage 62.

Further, the communication period and the shielding period can be changed freely by adjusting the length of the radial direction groove 6, and the leak quantity of the compressed fluid supplied from the intermediate compression chamber M can be reduced by limitting the communication period to the degree necessary for keeping the back surface chamber at an intermediate pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the exhaust of the fluid owing to a reverse flow and to improve the compression efficiency by providing a suction valve to allow only the fluid flowing to a compression chamber formed between scroll bodies, to a suction passage provided at the winding end side of the scroll bodies in two scrolls. CONSTITUTION:In two scrolls 4 and 5, scroll bodis 3a and 3b projecting from one side surface of panels are geared each other. And at least one of the scrolls 4 and 5 is linked and connected to a driving shaft. In such a composition, at the suction passages 8 at the winding end side in the scroll bodies 3a and 3b, suction valves 9 to allow only the flowing to compression chambers X formed between the scroll bodies 3a and 3b are provided. And the reverse flow of the fluid scroll-absorbed into the compression chambers X and the releasing to the outside are prevented by the suction valves 9. Consequently, the volume of the absorbed fluid in the compression chambers X is increased substantially, and the compression efficiency is improved.
