    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pixel structure which improves member characteristics and eliminates the needs of extra patterning or extra masks.SOLUTION: A scan line 112, a gate 114, an oxide conductor layer 130, a metal conductor layer 140, an oxide semiconductor layer, and an insulation layer 120 are formed on a substrate 10. The oxide conductor layer includes a pixel electrode 132 and a first auxiliary pattern 134. A part of the oxide conductor layer overlaps with an area of the gate 114. The first auxiliary pattern includes a first metal contact part 134A and a first semiconductor contact part 134B. The metal conductor layer includes a data line 142, a source 146, and a drain 144. The source is connected with the data line, and the source is separated from the drain. The drain contacts with the first metal contact part, exposes the first semiconductor contact part between the source and the drain, and is electrically connected with the pixel electrode. The oxide semiconductor layer is connected with a point between the source and the drain and contacts with the first semiconductor contact part. The insulation layer is positioned between the gate and the metal conductor layer.
