摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve the facilitation of work and the safety of a worker by rotationally operating a shaft body having a scraping member attached thereto on a manhole side and scraping off the foreign matter such as dust bonded to the inner surface of a screen by the scraping member. CONSTITUTION:A scraping member 35 is attached to the lower end part of the rotatable shaft body 27 arranged over the range from the interior of the screen 19 arranged in a main body case 11 in a vertical posture to a manhole. When the screen 19 is cleaned, a worker opens the lid 17 of the manhole and rotationally operates a handle 34 to rotate the scraping member 35 through the shaft body 27 to scrape off the foreign matter such as dust bonded to the inner periphery of the screen 19 by scraping pieces 37. As a result, it is unnecessary that the worker gets into an underground pit 1 purposely to draw out a screen structure 26 from the main body case 11 and the screen 19 can be cleaned only by the handle operation on the manhole side.

The spacer 6 is simultaneously moved axially by a moving mechanism 9 to expand the passage area of the annular passage 7 formed of the spacer 6 and the outlet 3, by which the opening angle of the fluid ejected to the petal shapes is adjusted arbitrarily within a range of theta1 to theta2.
