      SOLUTION: An electronic guidance system for disaster prevention sets up electronic guideboards at bases such as convenience stores, other shops, and hospitals for displaying map information, and each electronic guideboard sets up wireless transmission and receiving means 39, 40 connected with an operating means. Herewith, the electronic guidance system displays information obtained from the surrounding bases (and a disaster prevention center 2) on the map information of the electronic guideboard while directly and wirelessly notifying surrounding bases of information about damage situation and functioning state of one's own base, availability of relief supplies of one's own base, and damage situation of major buildings. Next, the disaster sufferers and local residents can see the electronic guideboard and obtain information about places with available relief supplies and evacuation routes.
