    • PURPOSE:To make air columnar vibration corresponding to a pitch to be blown easy to generate and to speedily get the knack of blowing by generating the air columnar vibration basing on a musical sound signal corresponding to pitch information and exciting the wind instrument. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a keyboard 1 and an oscillator 2 which is coupled with the keyboard 1 and provided on a position in the tube of the brass instrument 3 where the air columnar vibration is not impeded. When the key of the keyboard 1 is pressed corresponding to the sound of 'do' entered into a score 4, an electric signal corresponding to the sound of 'do' is transmitted from the keyboard 1 to the oscillator 2. The oscillator 2 transduces the electric signal into air vibration and the tube body of the brass instrument 3 is excited by the oscillator 2. In this state, the brass instrument 3 is blown so as to sound the 'do' entered into the score 4 through the brass instrument 3. At this time, the shape of the lips of the player and the state of expiration are so adjusted to match the excitation by the oscillator 2, and consequently the player can blow the brass instrument 3 with a correct pitch.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a pottery ocarina of stable quality with a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The pottery ocarina 1 has a resonance body part 2 having an inside cavity and a flute port 3 projecting from the resonance body part 2 and ful fills the following four necessary conditions that (1) the resonance body part 2 and the flute port 3 and divided into an upper half body 1a and a lower half body 1b, (2) upper and lower half bodies 1a and 1b have the resonance body part 2 and the flute port 3 are formed with an approximately uniform thickness, (3) an air groove 8 connecting the front end of the wind hole 3 to a singing port 5 is formed in the part of the flute port 3 in the lower half body 1b, and (4) the lower half body 1b is provided with an internal stop member 1c which is engaged with the inside of the flute port 3 and blocks the upper face of the air groove 8 to form an air passing way like through hole.
