摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a degree of cleanness in a film as well as to bring a noise into nothing, by installing a generating device for magnetic fields repelling with each other between a rail and a clip, while floating the said clip from a rail guide surface, and making it shiftable in a noncontact state. CONSTITUTION:A clip lever 42 is made to go down at an inlet part of a stretching machine by a clip lever down device, and a film 1 is held by a clip body 41. And, it is driven along a rail 46 whereby the film 1 is stretched. Next, the clip lever 42 is pushed upward at an outlet of the stretching machine by a clip up device, and holding of the film 1 is released. At this time, the clip body 41 and a clip block 44 are floated up by dint of magnetic forces being repelled to each other, which permanent magnets (magnetism generators) 51-54 and 55-58 generate, whereby they move along the rail 46 in a noncontact state. Accordingly, foreign substances to be produced by lubrication and other sliding, rolling are brought into nothing so that a degree of cleanness in the film to be stretched is improved so better. In addition, a noise attendant upon these sliding and rolling motions comes nil.

CONSTITUTION:Since the oil particles dispersed from upper lubricated portions, such as upper bearings 7 and 8 and a rail 3, toward a sheetlike article 4 are interrupted by the overlap of a rib 11 and a groove 12 between clips 1, the oil particles, even if dispersed, attach to the side portion of the groove 12 or the rib 11 and do not reach the sheetlike article 4. Also, the oil particles dispersed from lower lubricated portions, such as chain links 6, lower bearings 7, and the rail 3 toward the sheetlike article 4 through the gaps between clips 1 and between channel-shaped members 5 are interrupted by a cover 9 between an upper and lower portions and by a front cover 10. Further, the oil dispersion from the working portions of the bearings 7 and 8 and through the lower portion can be prevented by providing a bearing cover 15, an upper cover 14, and a lower cover 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency by eliminating not only trouble such as rupture or cramp but also the mixing of a broken piece from a V-belt when the V-belt is used, by forming a member for grasping a film from a twisted yarn rope. CONSTITUTION:By using a rope excellent in heat resistance as a member for grasping a film, the plasticizer and low MW compound such as the oligomer of the film are eluted to be penetrated into the rope to a certain degree but the swelling of the rope is extremely small as compared with a V-belt and the low MW compound is held between twisted yarns to be acted on the friction part with the rope holding groove of a pulley as a lubricant. Because the rope has self-deformability, the change in the grasping force of the film is generated even by the slight swelling or thermal expansion of the rope and the rupture of the film at the grasping part is not generated. Because the rope having heat resistance is used, damage resistance is better than the V-belt and a problem, such that a broken piece is pressed to the film, is not generated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the movement of a slide film which is pushed to move stable and smooth by making the interval between the pushing arms of a transporting chain wider than the width of said slide film and providing a pair of guide members in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A slide film 1 which is transported from a transporting section is placed on guide members 201, 202, a chain 207 is moved in the direction of Q through the rotation of driving wheels 203 to 206 by means of motors, and the front face of the pushing part 211 of a pushing arm 210 fitted to the chain 207 is brought in contact with left side of the slide film 1, making this film 1 slide on the guide members 201, 202. Then, the slide film 1 is once stopped over a light source 15 and, after being subjected to a printing operation, is moved to the transporting section 16 by driving the motors again. The pushing arms 201 are spaced at an interval larger than the width of the film 1, while the film 1 slides on the notches 201A, 202A of the guide members 201, 202, thereby enabling stable and smooth movement of the slide film 1.
