摘要： PURPOSE:To control the heat generator and carbonization and deterioration of resin at the time of polymerization and secure sufficient fire retardancy by establishing a principle of adding a halogen-containing fire retardant agent and a halogen active species collecting agent in a molded product formed by bulk polymerizing norbornane monomers in a mold. CONSTITUTION:In a molded product formed by bulk polymerizing norbornane monomers in a mold, a halogen containing fire retardant and a halogen active species collecting agent are added. At that time, a halogen excluding retardant can be added therein. On the other hand, in a method of manufacturing the molded product, bulk polymerization is carried out in the state of melting or dispersing the halogen containing fire retardant and the halogen active species curing agent in the norbornane monomers. Also the halogen including fire retardant can be bulk polymerized. The reactive liquid used for the bulk polymerization is composed of a reactive raw liquid containing metathesis catalyst and the halogen active species collecting agent and raw liquid containing norbornane monomers, an activating agent and the halogen-containing fire retardant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of blushing phenomenon at an interface of two resin layers by supplying melting polyglutarimide resin on the surface of a polycarbonate resin molded body which is molded previously and cooling it so as to integrate. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate resin which is previously molded by a known method is inserted into a mold. On its surface, a melted polyglutarimide resin is supplied by injection, cooled and integrated. Or, for example, a melting polycarbonate resin is injected into a blocked mold by a primary side injection device by a core rotary system and cooled so as to form a primary mold. Thereafter, the mold is opened, a core plate is rotated so as to close the mold. The melting polyglutarimide resin is injected on the primary mold by a secondary side injection device, cooled, and solidified. If the melting polycarbonate resin is supplied on the surface of the polyglutarimide resin molded body which is molded previously, and cooled and integrated, blushing phenomenon occurs at the interface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a thermoplastic polyimide pellet by a method wherein a thermoplastic polyimide is supplied to an extruder as a granulated substance of a specific particle diameter and stably extruded by a fixed extruding amount. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyimide is granulated to be 50-1000mum in particle diameter. The granulated substance is supplied to an extruder. The substance less than 50mum in particle diameter is difficult to stably pelletize by a fixed extruding amount. The substance more than 1000mum in particle diameter is reduced in bitten amount to an extruder and results in the reduction of an extruding amount. After being supplied to the extruder, kneaded, melted, and extruded in a strand form, the polyimide granulated substance is cooled and cut into a predetermined size as a pellet. Therefore, the polyimide can be ideally transported through a feeder and favorably bitten to the extruder, and an air accompanying the resin in a barrel of the extruder easily flows back to a supply port. Thus, a fixed extruding amount is stably ensured.
