    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in scale a manufacturing apparatus and facility without necessity of a space for removing a side mold by installing lateral pivotal shafts near outside of one set of opposed peripheral edges of a front mold, and rotatably mounting lower edges of the side mold for molding sides of a wedge block at the same pivotal shafts. SOLUTION: Side molds 3 are oppositely disposed at front and rear sides of front molds, upper edges of side molds of front and rear rows are coupled by upper surface plates 11, and the molds 3 of front and rear rows are integrated. Lower edge outside edges of the molds 3 are fixed to longitudinal through materials 11, and pivots 13 are protruded outside. Lateral pivotal shafts 10 are rotatably inserted into the pivots 13 so that the molds 3 can integrally rotated. When both the molds 3 are rotated inward, inside edges of the molds 3 are press bonded to one another, lower inner surfaces of side central mold 3a and right and left side mold lower parts 3f are press bonded to peripheral edges of the front mold, and a wedge 6 of lower edge of the mold 3 is brought into contact with a stepped lower part mold 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete from breaking into between the side end part of a buffer material for a side channel and a form for manufacturing when the concrete is placed by providing a reversely tapered rising part on the side end part of a lid receiver forming part so as to press-fit and pinch the buffer material for a side channel between the side end part and the inner wall part. SOLUTION: One end of a buffer material 40 for a side drain is hooked on a reversely tapered rising part 13 provided on the side edge part of a lid receiver forming part 12. Then, another end is forcibly press-fitted in an inner wall part 11. In this instance, as the crosssection of the side end part of the buffer material 40 for the side drain is formed into a saw blade-like shape, it can be easily pinched into a gap between the inner wall part 11 and the rising part 13 by press-fitting it with a little force. Like this, the buffer material 40 for the side drain is successively fitted into the longer direction of a form 100 for manufacturing and is hooked so as to pinch it in the gap between the inner wall part 11 and the rising part 13. It is possible thereby to prevent concrete from breaking into from the side end face of the buffer material 40 for the side drain and accordingly, to prevent the buffer material 40 for the side drain from being positionally displaced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a form at an arbitrary angle by preventing the leakage of concrete. SOLUTION: A form device is to mold a molded article by concrete into a form comprising an outer form plate 11 (11A, 11B) and an inner form plate 12 (12A, 12B, 12C). Guide means are installed for allowing the outer form plate 11 and inner form plate 12 to freely rotate at a predetermined guide locus. In the guide means for the outer form plate 11, a guide groove 18 is formed in a semicircular guide plate 16 and bearings 17, 17 of the outer form plate 11B are inserted therein. On the other hand, in the guide means for the inner form plate 12, a guide groove 35 is formed in a guide plate 33 and bearings 90, 90 of the inner form plate 12B are inserted therein. In the case when the outer form plate is rotated, the end periphery thereof is in contact with the end periphery of the outer form plate 11A at all times, and in the case when the inner form plate 12B, the end periphery thereof is always in contact with the end periphery of the inner form plate 12. Accordingly, the outer form plates 11A, 11B and the inner form plates 12B, 12C create no interstices therebetween, thereby precluding concrete from coming out therefrom.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable demolding without crushing an uneven pattern, to attempt the use of existing equipment, and to improve dimensional system by installing a movable frame body which controls the separation from the surface of a longitudinal piece which forms the uneven pattern in a mold frame. SOLUTION: In a step difference space part 8 which is pit-formed in a mold frame 2, a movable frame body 9 is arranged freely movably in the cross direction and connected with a cylinder 10 for controlling movement. In this way, in order to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the longitudinal piece of a curved tile, the front 9a of the frame body 9 is advance-controlled to be the same surface with an inner surface 7a during compression molding and retreat-controlled to be separated vertically during demolding. The rear surface 9b of the frame body 9 is formed slantingly, and a block body 12 for regulating the movement of the frame body 9 is installed between the rear surface 9a and a vertical surface 8a. This is vertically controlled by a cylinder 13 in the space part 8 restricts the retreat of the frame body 9 against molding pressure during compression molding, and makes free the movement of the frame body 9 in the lateral direction during demolding.
