    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water apparatus wherein in the case of feeding a small amount of hot water, wherein water is not supplied by a person, a waiting time can be reduced, and a maximum amount of stored hot water can be suppressed to that heat insulating power can be reduced. SOLUTION: The hot water apparatus includes a hot water storage vessel 14 for storing hot water, a flow-in pipe 5, one of the ends thereof is connected to a city water pipe, the other end being disposed at the bottom of the vessel 14, heating means 6, 12 for heating water, a first temperature sensing means 7 for detecting temperature of the vessel 14, a flow-out pipe 11 which is disposed on a side of the vessel 14 to convey hot water to a delivery part, and an opening 13 formed on the top of the vessel 14 to vent steam. Further, the pipe 5 has a flow rate adjusting means 3 to adjust the flow rate and a flow rate sensing means 4 to detect the flow rate, and the pipe 11 is connected to a pump 9 and has a second temperature sensing means 10 to sense the temperature of hot water delivered and a control means 16 to control the means 3, heating means 6, 12, and pump 9. The means 16 allows hot water to be delivered until the hot water, the amount of which is larger than a first predetermined amount, is heated to a predetermined temperature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct highly efficient heating and manage not to damage a soft feel to eating by performing cooking with superheated steam having good heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A superheated steam generating means 6 generates superheated steam in accordance with the outputs from a cooking control means 7 and a plane heater 3 heats a heating box walls in accordance with the outputs from the cooking control means 7. When the generated steam temperature is high, electric energy is increased by an electric control means and the flow rate of water is reduced, and therefore water is heated more rapidly and the steam is heated to have much higher temperature. When the superheated steam collides with low temperature objects and alters to water, latent heat is given to the objects to transfer temperature thereto. The heating box 1 is heated in order to prevent the superheated steam from altering to water when collided with the heating box walls. The heating box walls are heated by the plane heater 3 to not less than 100 deg.C to efficiently heat food. Superheated steam of less than 120 deg.C is appropriate for steam cooking and that of not less than 120 deg.C is appropriate for roast cooking.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a wide range of water in a short time by equipping a hot-water supplier with a tubular heating pipe, which has a heating coil for generating a high frequency magnetic field at the periphery and a heater for generating heat, receiving the high frequency magnetic field, and heating the city water circulating here from inside and outside the heating pipe. SOLUTION: When a user sets the temperature of water that he wants to use, operating a temperature setting means 10, and pushes a switch, the city water whose flow is adjusted by a flow adjusting means 3 is introduced into the heating pipe 1 from an inflow pipe 4. At the same time, a power supply means 8 starts to operate, and supplies the heating coil 5 with high frequency currents, whereby the heating coil 5 receives these high frequency currents, and generates a high frequency magnetic field. This high frequency magnetic field is crosslinked with the heater 6 provided in the passage within the heating pipe 1, and the heater 6 generates heat, being induced to heat when it receives a high frequency magnetic field. Moreover, the heater 6 has many holes for water to pass, and the water introduced from the inflow pipe 4 is heated by this heating, and is let out from a water supply pipe 7.

    • PURPOSE:To attain remote-control of an equipment in a place for away from the equipment and to obtain a communication system immune to noise such as an electromagnetic conductive fault by utilizing an optical signal. CONSTITUTION:A controller 10 transmits a signal to control equipment 16, and a signal exchange means 11 of an adaptor 14 receiving the signal through a power line 18 transmits the signal to a control means 12. The control means 12 decodes the signal, when it is recognized that the signal is the control signal for the equipment 16, a load control signal according to the signal is prepared conforming to a rule determined beforehand, and outputs it to a light emitting means 13. The light emitting means 13 generates an optical signal 19, whose light intensity is changed, according to the load control signal, an optical fiber 17 being the transmission path of the optical signal 19 transmits the optical signal 19 to a light receiving means 15 of the equipment 16. Thus, the equipment 16 operates according to the control signal of the controller 10 in the remote place.
