    • PURPOSE:To spray stably liquid with small-sized constitution and low electric power and to prevent outflow of the liquid from nozzles, etc. with a device for filling the liquid into a pressurizing chamber, oscillating the same with an electrical oscillator and spraying the liquid from the nozzles by providing specifically a means for transporting the liquid. CONSTITUTION:An atomizing part 13 is constituted by adhering a body 15 having a cylindrical pressurizing chamber 14, a nozzle plate 17 provided with plural nozzles 16 and a circular piezoelectric oscillator 19 as shown in the figure. The chamber 14 is provided with a supply port 22 and a discharge port 23; the former is connected to a liquid storage tank 26 and the latter to an electrically driven plunger type pump 27 which is a means for transporting the liquid, respectively by means of pipes. The outlet side of the pump 27 is connected to the tank 26 by a pipe. When the liquid is filled in the tank 26 up to the liquid level B and the pump 27 is started in this stage, the liquid level A is risen by the suction force thereof and the inside of the chamber 14 is filled with the liquid. The inside of a discharge pipe 25 is further filled with the liquid, by which the liquid is discharged to a discharge pipe 28.

    • PURPOSE: To obviate stopping of oscillation and instability in oscillation frequency by joining an electrical oscillator, a nozzle plate and a body then protecting the one surface of the oscillator and the nozzle plate with an insulating water- repellent coating agent.
      CONSTITUTION: An electrical oscillator 1, a nozzle plate 3 and a body 5 are respectively joined and thereafter the one surface of the oscillator 1 and the plate 3 contg. the end part of a lead wire 11a is protected so as to be embedded in a coating agent 12 having elasticity, electrical insulating characteristic and water repellency, such as silicone rubber or the like. Then the generation of the leak current owing to condensation or sticking of foreign matter is prevented. The stopping of oscillation during operation and the instability in operation owing to the fluctuation in the oscillation frequency are obviated.

      CONSTITUTION: An electric oscillator 1 is an annular piezoelectric element, and film electrodes 2a, 2b are formed on both surfaces of said element. A nozzle plate 3 is a disk-shaped metal plate, and nozzle openings 6 are provided at the central part of said plate nozzle 3. The electric oscillator 1 containing the film electrode 2b is bonded through a fixing layer 4a to one surface of said plate nozzle 3. On the other hand, a body 5 is a columnar metal body. A supporting part 7 for bonding the plate nozzle 3 through a fixing layer 4b is provided at the upper part of said body 5, and an annular side wall 8 for positioning the nozzle plate 3 during assembling is provided at the periphery of said body 5. Said side wall 8 has an inner diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the plate nozzle 3. At the part of the side wall 8 existent in contact with the outer end part of the plate nozzle 3, fine thrugh holes 11 or notched grooves 12 are provided.       CONSTITUTION: In the titled atomizer, an electric current flowing to an electric oscillator 9 is detected by a current detector 14, amplified by an amplifier 13 and transmitted as a driving signal through an inductor L15 to the electric oscillator 9. Thus, the electric oscillator together with the inductor forms an electric tank circuit and raises the supply voltage of the amplifier part to perform oscillation. Consequently, the oscillation is performed with the small amount of electric power consumed. In addition, since the signal is returned and amplified, the characteristic change of the electric oscillator can be automatically tracked by constituting the self-oscillation system to maintain stable atomizing operation.
