摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing apparatus, for an AC power system, by which the overvoltage of the AC power system provided with a static power conversion device for linkage such as for frequency conversion or the like is suppressed at a high speed. SOLUTION: A stabilizing apparatus is provided with an AC excitation-type generator-motor 10 in which a primary winding 11 is connected to an AC system 1 via a transformer 5, with an AC excitation device 12 which supplies an AC current to its secondary winding 12 and with an exciting-current control system 20 which comprises a voltage controller 21, an effective-power controller 22 and a current controller 23. When a voltage Vp, at the AC system 1, detected by a voltage detector 9 is raised due to the trip or the like of a static power conversion device 2 so as to become higher than a prescribed voltage Vover, the voltage controller 21 outputs a voltage command Id which suppressed the overvoltage of the system voltage Vp, the reactive voltage of the system is absorbed by the AC excitation-type generator-motor 10, and a rise in a system voltage is suppressed at a high speed.

SOLUTION: The electric power storing system equipped with an AC-DC converting apparatus 2 and a secondary battery 3 is connected with a connection point 8 of a three-phase AC system 1. Each of the line voltages of the connection point 8 is inputted in a positive phase voltage detecting part 4, which performs discrete Fourier transformation and detects a positive phase voltage amplitude Vs and a positive phase voltage phase θs on the basis of the transformed real axis component and imaginary axis component. In order to adjust AC power outputted from the AC-DC converting apparatus 2, a power conversion control part 6 performs vector control of an output voltage Vc of the converting apparatus 2 on the basis of the positive phase component phase θs of a connection point voltage at the connection point 8, and maintains stable control when a system accident is generated. A protective stop judging part 5 outputs a stop signal and stops the electric power storing system, when generation of an accident necessary for protective stop like 3-line grand fault is judged on the basis of the positive phase component amplitude Vs of the connection point voltage.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overvoltage of a multiplex power converter and at the same time reduce the voltage load to a specific switching element by independently determining the operation/non-operation of a chopper circuit that is provided for each capacitor so that a DC voltage for each capacitor of a power converter can be set within a predetermined range. SOLUTION: When a DC differential voltage is generated between DC smoothing capacitors 5 and 7 when a system fails, an upper chopper circuit 6 and a lower chopper circuit 8 are operated and the energy of the DC smoothing capacitors 5 and 7 is discharged if a first predetermined voltage is exceeded, based on the DC voltage detection signal of the DC smoothing capacitors 5 and 7 by an upper control circuit 13 and a lower control circuit 14. When the level becomes lower than a second predetermined level, operation is stopped. As a result, by allowing each different chopper current to flow to the upper and lower chopper circuits 6 and 8, the upper and lower DC voltage is controlled a given value or less and the overvoltage of power converters 1 and 2 is prevented, thus reducing the load of voltage to a switching element.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress change of a DC output voltage by breaking down input voltages of two or more sets of converters connected in series to d-axis and q-axis components of rotary coordinate axes, controlling them, and correcting the q-axis component in response to a difference of the output voltages of the respective converters. SOLUTION: AC powers from an AC voltage 5 are converted into DC powers by converters 1, 2 via transformers 3, 4 and supplied to capacitors 6, 7 and load 8. In the case of controlling the converters 1, 2, it is converted into effective current Iq and reactive current Id based on a voltage reference phase detected from a sine wave generator 17, and input voltages of the converters 1, 2 are controlled by an effective current controller 20 and reactive current controller 21. Thus, phases of a power source voltage and power source current coincide, and power factor of the power source can be controlled to '1'. Simultaneously, an output of a voltage controller 15 is set to an effective current command Iq*, thereby maintaining a combined DC voltage E of the converters constantly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an AC voltage faithful to a command, without changing a switching frequency, also when a voltage command of O vicinity at a low frequency continues. SOLUTION: A gate pulse generating circuit 3 has single phase gate pulse generating circuits wherein each phase is the same constitution. A triangular wave CARL and a triangular wave CARLL whose amplitude and frequency are two times those of CARL are generated. The respective triangular waves are compared with a command value VU. Intermediate pulse commands SUU1, 2 and SUL1, 2 are outputted which are 1 when VU is large and 0 when VU is small. An output pulse command SUU which becomes 1 by the quicker rise out of SUU1, 2 and becomes 0 by the quicker fall out of them. Similarly an output pulse command SUL is outputted from SUL1, 2. SUU and SUL pass gate drive circuits, and four gate pulses containing SUU, SUL and the respective inversion signals ignite/extinguish four ignition control elements of U phase of a main circuit, and executes dipole control when the command is 0 vicinity.
