摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation of an electrode and prevent contact failure even in the case of intrusion of foreign matter into the lower portion of a pressing key by covering the electrode with a conductive silicone gel. CONSTITUTION:In a printed wiring 14 below a film, plural pairs of electrodes 16 are disposed corresponding to pressing keys 12 in a rubber sheet 6. One conductive silicone gel 17 Is disposed in such a manner as to cover one electrode 16. Accordingly, contact deficiency can be prevented without immersion of a foreign matter between the electrode 16 and the silicone gel 17 or oxidation of the electrode 16 due to oxygen in the atmosphere. A conducted state can be attained owing to distortion even by small pressing force. If the electrodes 16 are covered with a sheet-like silicone gel 17 in a pattern sheet having a plurality of electrodes 16, the pattern sheet and the sheet of the silicone gel 17 can be manufactured in different processes. Consequently, the sheets can be manufactured effectively, and further, the silicon gel 17 can be formed into a porous sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To seal a membrane switch with a film without reducing a switch performance by setting the forward end of only one terminal in terminal part comprising a plural terminals of the same pole to be guided from the film and the other terminals shorter, and connecting the terminals with each other electrically inside the film. CONSTITUTION:For a terminal part comprising a plural terminals of the same pole among terminals extended from conductive plates 11-13 of a membrane switch, only a forward end 12a of one terminal of them is guided to the external from a film 16, 17, while the other terminals 11a are set shorter, and the terminals are connected with each other electrically inside the film. The terminal 12a heat applied by the lamination film 16, 17 at the forward end part of the terminal part is thus formed to have a thickness of only one terminal, so it can be sealed at a low pressure required for heat applying outer circumferential parts of a contact part. An applied pressure to the film in sealing it can thus be set low to prevent reduction of a switch performance, and the terminal part can be sealed to be completely moisture-proof.
