    • PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature rise of a tubular connecting lead by a method wherein, by means of an oil-guiding tube, one part of an oil flow is guided to the tubular connecting lead from the part of a forced oil feed structure at a transformer. CONSTITUTION:In a transformer connecting-lead-wire device, at least two unit transformers 1 are connected in the horizontal direction by a connecting duct 4 in which an insulator-coated lead wire has been built, and windings 10 for the unit transformers 1 are connected electrically to a bushing 2 installed at the intermediate part of the connecting duct 4. The lead wire is formed as a hollow tubular conductor 5, and one part of the flow of a transformer insulating coil is guided to the opening on the transformer side of the tubular conductor 5 by means of an insulating tube 11. Thereby, the inside of the tubular conductor 5 is cooled forcibly. In addition, the insulating oil which flows out from the opening part on the bushing side of the tubular conductor 5 is made to flow between the insulation-coated tubular conductor 5 and the connecting duct 4 and is returned to the side of the unit transformers. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the temperature rise of the connecting lead.

A press board 11 is inserted into between the side face of the wound core 1 and the coil for preventing displacement, etc. Upper and bottom fittings 3 support the coil supporter 5 and protect the yoke part of the wound core A come-off preventive material 4 is inserted into the wound core 14 between a coil inner frame 6 provided inside the coil 2 and the coil 2, along with the coil 2, and it is constrained so that the coil supporter 5 and the fitting 3 stop the gap between the coil 2 and the wound care 1. A broken piece sticking to the coil inner frame 6 caused by breakage at the wound care end, occurring when the coil is inserted with the core, is confined in the gap between the coil inner frame 6 and the wound core 1 for preventing scattering.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a saturable reactor having stable and excellent electric pulse compression characteristics. CONSTITUTION:This saturable reactor 10 consists of a wound core 2 whose section is almost rectangular and a coil radially wound around said core 2 which is formed by stacking insulator on a belt type metal magnetic material and winding them in a spiral type. In this reactor 10, a plurality of U-shaped flat plate conductors 11 are radially arranged on the wound core, and strip type spacers 12 of insulator are closely inserted into the gaps between the wound core and the flat plate conductors, thereby obtaining an unified core body. The wound core directly comes into contact with cooling medium like insulating coil, and thermal conduction is not obstructed, so that suitable heat dissipation is possible in the range where saturation characteristics are not affected. The U-shaped flat plate conductor can be formed in a constant size, and the increase and the irregularities of inductance due to bulge can be restrained, so that a saturable reactor having stable and excellent electric pulse compression characteristics can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the emulsive condition at all times and prevent fluorocarbon emulsion from being separated in two layers by providing an agitator in one or two liquid pipes being arranged outside of a tank, and circulating the fluorocarbon emulsion inside the tank through the agitator. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic inductor body 3 comprising a winding 1 and an iron wire 2 is stored in a tank 4. The tank 4 is filled with fluorocarbon emulsion 5. A heat radiator 7 and a pump 6 are provided for the tank 4 through pipes 8, and a pump 11 is provided between first liquid pipe 9A and a second liquid pipe 9B, and further an agitator 10 is interposed in the middle of the second liquid pipe 9B. Fluorocarbon emulism 5 is sent with the pump 6, and is cooled with the radiator 7. The fluorocarbon emulsion 5 is sent with a pump 11, and is agitated with the agitator 10. Thus, the fluorocarbon liquid 5 can be prevented from being separated in two layers.
