SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprising dispersing a natural rubber finely divided particle into a radiation-curable first acrylic compound is used. A manufacturing method of the composition comprises mixing an aqueous emulsion 31 containing the natural rubber finely divided particle 30 with the radiation-curable first acrylic compound, raising a temperature while agitating the mixture, vaporizing and removing water in the aqueous emulsion to substitute the water as a medium which disperses the finely divided particle, with the radiation-curable first acrylic compound.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latex-type adhesive realizing high adhesive force to vinyl chloride resin-based materials and exhibiting high initial tackiness and excellent in terms of cost as well.
      SOLUTION: This latex-type adhesive for vinyl chloride resin-based materials is obtained by formulating a SBR-based latex with an NBR-based latex which is obtained by emulsion polymerization between 25-45 wt.% of acrylonitrile, 45-74 wt.% of a conjugated diene-based monomer, 1-10 wt.% of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and 0-20 wt.% of another monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers in such a weight ratio, on a solid basis, of the latter latex to the former latex of ≥0.03.
