SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-85 mass % block copolymer comprising 70-95 mass % aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 5-30 mass % conjugate diene unit, and having >80 mass % block rate of the aromatic vinyl monomer, (B) 5-85 mass % copolymer comprising 75-95 mass % aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 5-25 mass % (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer unit (except methyl methacrylate), and (C) 1-45 mass % copolymer comprising 20-60 mass % aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 40-80 mass % conjugate diene unit.

SOLUTION: The rubber-modified styrenic resin composition (GS-based resin composition) consists essentially of a styrene-(meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer comprising a styrenic monomer (S), a (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer (M) and a vinylic monomer (V) copolymerizable with these monomers, and a graft copolymer comprising a dienic gummy elastomer, (S), (M) and (V) copolymerizable with these monomers. The THF-dissolvable component has 60,000-130,000 weight average molecular weight (Mw), and the contents of the (S) unit, the (M) unit and the other (V) unit in the THF-dissolvable component are 20-80 wt.%, 80-20 wt.% and 0-10 wt.% respectively. The rubber content is 2-15%, and the rubber particle has 0.1-0.5 μm particle diameter. SOLUTION: The resin film for metallic sheet lamination is composed of a mixed resin obtained by dispersing 3-30 wt.%, based on the total resin weight, particulate resin present in a particulate state having a particle diameter of 0.1-5 μm into a thermoplastic polyester resin, the particulate resin being a modified polyolefin resin containing 2-20 wt.%, by weight ratio in terms of the carboxyl group, functional group to be derived from a carboxyl acid. With respect to the above modified polyolefin resin, its amount which is in a particulate state having a particle diameter of 0.1-5 μm present in the film is 3-25 vol.% by volume fraction in the mixed resin.
